Az'ers Matchin-up at the DCC Thread

Any az'ers, (well not really ANY az'ers, since guys like John Schmidt and Larry Nevel are members, lol) that want to play some 'semi-friendly' One Pocket at the DCC, send me a pm.

I also meant this thread to be used for any az'ers to schedule match up's with each other in whatever game or skill level works for them......Once you get to the DCC, the pace is fast and furious, and you don't know who's who, or when they'll be there - it works well to connect and exchange cell numbers ahead of time - I've done this every year.

Who have you played for money? What was the spot? How much did you play for? What was the score? Where can I see your picture? I may want to verify your claims. :thumbup:

I played Gulfportdoc....he gave me 9-7, I lost $300.00...

I'll bring photo id with me to DCC, and a bunch of extra $$$ that I'm looking to donate...

C'mon Bob, you just gonna believe whatever gulfportdoc says ?.....it's ok to believe what docs tell us when we go for health checkups, etc.....but please, don't believe a known gamblin', pool hustlin' doc about matchin' up....

You know those Hustlin USA shirts that they sell at the DCC ?....well, I heard that doc wears one of those when he's in his doctors office! - makes the patients nervous when they go to get their bill.....

You might get 11-8 and alternate breaks and that is giving it away but I believe in charity from now on. It is the way of the Bayawak and I am following in his little vicious steps.

I thought there would be actual gambling at the DCC !

Apparently I was mistaken. I would like to put this out there for anyone interested in actually wagering semi-serious cash $$$$$.
John H. and I will play ANY pair of partner's "dead even". NO HANDICAP !! Ronnie Allen will be allowed to coach us until his blood alcohol level (or his mouth) reaches the point where he is thrown out of the venue.
This would include such unbeatable pairing's as, the Ghost and Joey A, or Scott Frost and Gabe Owens.
The only concession we ask are very slight odds on the money.
Example I; Ghost and Joey A---- we get 4 to 1 on the money (by the game only, no sessions)
Example II; Scott and Gabe----we get 8 to 1
Example III; The Beard and GP Doc---- we get ONLY 2 to 1
Other opponents may fall somewhere in between.
I would consider this "really gambling"
In the unlikely event John H. would not participate, I would take Deeman or Ace, as emergency back-up partner's.
Is that GAMBLING or what ?
