I just did mine...

It was a bear just to lift it and move it 3 feet. took two cherry pickers to lift it and get the pallets out of the way and then a 3 ton cherry picket to get it on the stand and then a 1 ton cherry picker to get it placed right. I don't even want to think about trying to get one up or down stairs. That would be a nightmare...
