There are many different pool leagues. Would having an inter pool league championship make sense?
To help demonstrate to the IOC the strong interest in billiard participation across the world (or just the USA).
It would be different than a big tournament, it would be more of a billiards inter-league convention/tournament. With short discussions about the status of leagues, the challenges of league night to night operations and promote relationship building between the different leagues.
The newest products and vendors from the billiard industry could participate.
