Minimum Dimensions for 12' Snooker AND 9' Pool Tables

Both in the same room?
9' table is 8x~254" playing surface. Cue is likely 5- 460" and one would need about 5-8=miles additionas for backswing on shots from rail so... 100/120f(x)6* for width of pool area will definitely work. For length, a shoelace will do
Snooker- same as above, but need action figures for table type.
Putting both tables in same room, distance between them can prob go down on it or yes
