What we are seeing here is Shane's gaff game.

The rules for this match have even been set up to play into this gaff.

Here are some of the rules they agreed on and they kept it simple. This is a money game match between two players who been trying to play each other for quite some time now and settle it once and for all and not a tournament play or exhibition match.

-10 Ball / race to 120
-Balls will be cleaned each beginning of the day
-Winner breaks
-Rack your own / no checking of the racks
-They will be using Accurack templates
For as much money as they are supposedly playing for, it is amazing there was no neutral racker made available

dennis is no spring chicken when it comes to rack mechanicals, which many of his opponents would attest to. rack your own usually favors him. i agree about having a neutral racker, but i doubt the score would be much different

Thereís nothing that Shane knows about the rack that Dennis doesnít, and no sane person would agree to anything but rack-your-own for this kind of money.

The are both pattern racking too.
Odd number balls on one side and even numbered balls on the other side.

Way to go South Dakota Kid. You are making pool great again in the good old USA!

This pool loving American patriot really appreciates it.

I bet on matches where I can watch in-person that are not pay per view streamed. Too much funny stuff in pool to do so otherwise.

Do you think Shane would even play if there was going to be a neutral racker?

They made the game.

Shane is just too string for him.

They can't dump on you in person? That seems more likely.

At big events I bet the rail ,not in the pool. Then I feel I'm betting on the hustle as much as what could be a real game.

Shane is a world class rack mechanic. That's for sure.

But here's what Shane does when someone checks his rack

the break - 11-08-2019, 03:40 AM

I keep hearing things like gaffe rack, rack mechanic.....

SVB simply has a better quality strike on the CUE BALL. Period

the consistency of how the cueball reacts after contacting the one ball is not something that a gaffe rack has anything to do with.

- there is no secret other than the fact he has put in more time practicing the break than anyone who has ever played this game.

Agree. He's just the best breaker. Pure-n-simple. I watched him at DCC one year practice this forever. All those whiners put together couldn't break like that. He hits 'em dead-flush every time.

Would you play for this kind of money without it being rack your own?
