Apparently, we are back on the radar of the spammers of the world, and I have noticed more spam activity on the site lately. I appreciate users reporting these posts when they see them, and I try to delete them as quickly as possible.
With that in mind, I made some changes on the backend as far as new user's permissions are concerned. For anyone who has been here for a while and thinks things are a little hinky for them, please drop me a PM and let me know.
