High center is right. Probably won't settle on the left rail. This is an easy shot.

A fair point. I like the speed/angle control and simplicity of A.Personally I like option B. With the object ball in the center of the table just below the spot once the cueball reaches mid table you have a makeable shot on the nine. With the angle the cue ball is coming into the rail if it’s over hit it will stay in the position area a little longer allowing for a bigger margin of error.

Another fair point. Must mean this is an interesting question.Problem with A is there is a scratch in the side if its hit bad.
It's certainly more fun - I'm trying to learn to like the "boring" ones.Thats why 2 out of the corner is the better shot.
These are the ones I practice most, mostly because I like them least.The inside follow I mentioned also avoids the scratch is the table plays funky enough you dont the the low outside.
