Pretty MINTY' HUBBART LH 4 Cue - 10-26-2018, 06:15 PM

Still has original tip-I think cue was very light use-put away for 35 years "
BUTT STRAIGHT-finish seems a little thin
Shaft slight roll- in the middle-white ring tiny split
super nice tight grain
EXCELLENT PLAYER !!!!!!!!

Pretty minty is right, one of the nicer Meucci's from that period. This is the model, by the way, that Larry Hubbart himself was playing in the mid 80s, at least 1984, as he represented Meucci. Given the small round bumper, and the ferrule without a grain look, I would put the cue at least slightly before 1984.

Thought you might want to see the brochure picture on this particular line also. Enjoy.

All the best,
WW

I don't blame you. The tip, if original, was about a 35 year old Le Pro.

All the best,

Will,
"One of those cues....
got purchased, used for just a little bit , and put up,
Is what it looks like, to me.
After putting a fresh tip on the cue and some play-
I can see why so many liked Bob's cues

That's a beauty of a cue. I've always wanted one. They really were one of the top playing cues back in those days.
