I have consistently recommended Scot Sherbine www.proficientbilliards.com and Ryan at RAT cues ( www.Muellers.com ) - you can't go wrong with these two.

Scot refinished a cue for me. Also sent him a Dufferin conversion that was done by some else and I hated it......Scot tapered, made bumperless & refinished. Both look just great. The turn around time is excellent.
