Both are uniloc, both straight with typical taper roll
Z3 is 11.8mm weight 3.7 oz with kamui clear black soft tip, couple minor dings near joint, does not affect play at all
314-2 is tuned to 12mm pro taper, weight 3.93 oz M layered tip, no ding. Does have small shallow scratch on ferrule, could be buff out. See pic

FYI: Because 314-2 was tuned, These 2 have the same deflection and feel the same in diameter.
