North Eastern Ohio pool rooms????

Heading to Ohio to visit some family over the July 4th long weekend and will be looking to hit balls a few times. I'm staying in Solon and my family lives in Chagrin Falls. So any rooms in that area?

I used to go to one room east of Chagrin Falls just past a race track but can't seem to find it so it maybe out of business.

Any suggestions in that area would be great.

Damn looks like all the rooms in that area are closed. Sad state pool is in right now. Well I do plan on meeting up with a few AZers on Thursday and maybe Saturday.

Do any know if there is a room in downtown? The family wants to go to the casino Sunday so maybe I could break away.

Travel to Cleveland for business, and there use to be a place in Middleburg, but I think they closed.

The last time there, I went to Dave and Busters. Not much on a "game" but if you're looking for clean tables, and maybe a beer or two, then this would be your place.

Other than that, go to the Cleveland APA website and look at the list of venues.

The room you use to play at was Northfield Billiards it was a great room the sad part is it closed only because the main owner wanted out. They tried to sell it but found no takers. There is a new room and bar in Streetsboro very close to Solon the name is Chuggers. They have new 7ft. Diamonds. I have never been there but I know they were doing a $500 added tournament the 1st. Sat. Of every month. I will post back with the address and ph. # for you.

thanks for the info. I plan on meeting up with a AZer or 2 on my visit. Will definitely be going out to play some Thursday night and maybe Saturday if your around and want to join.

Spending a couple of days in Columbus but may be back on Sat. If I am I would look forward to it.The players I have talked with like this place a lot. Hope you have a great weekend.

My Favorite place is River City Billiards in Fairview Park on lorain Rd 9 ft Diamonds only place I go Owner Wally is a great guy....lil far for you from solon but I think best place in town!!!

Fiddlestix Billiard café in canton has a very nice tournament this sat 7/5. 9ball race to 4/4 on 7ft Valley's, $300 added, $10 entry with optional $10 sidepot and 2 break n run pots. starts at 7 and I strongly suggest getting there early as they will cut it off in the low 40s usually.
