Hello -
Does anyone remember the Family Gameroom in Charleston, SC? If so, please share some stories. The place was strong for solid action before it closed a few years ago. The place was great; 5 or 6 full size BGC tables, roughly 25 4 x 8 tables and a solid playing barbox in the back. Quite a few road players would stop in...strong local players were always in too.
I was a witness to Archer beating a local out of some fairly serious cash in roughly 2002-2003. Archer was giving some serious weight on the big table. I recall something like the wild 5 and the last 3. Great stuff and a great place to learn.
Thanks,
HCF
