Cue from the late 60's ID help??

my buddy said that it may have not been used for the last 30 years or so here's the cap and bumper:

Looks like the weight bolt form my Hubler sneaky Pete think bumper might be the same also.

Could be a rare Balabushka Dufferin conversion.

I don't know anything about custom cues (i just learned some of the terminology in the last couple days) by a google search, Mr. Balabushka didn't make any Dufferin or brunswick conversions.


The white butt cap (don't know what the material is) would have been added to a dufferin?

sorry to resurrect the thread, but I was wondering if I could ask the forum if they would care to at least provide an opinion as to when this cue was likely made? I think the maker of the cue will remain a mystery, but it would be nice to kind of get a consensus view as to the approximate decade in which it was made.
