A know what model this is?

The Inlayed diamonds are mother of pearl the but cap I have no idea what that is I do remember seeing in a book when it was my dads cue and it said there was ivory on but that was over 15 years ago. It is an older Pechaure and I think it might be a level 4 cue. I guess I'm checking to see what the older models are worth. And show of me wood!!!!
