I know starcade billiards in ft walton beach is just down the road from there.

Try Shooters Billiards and Brew, 5039 Florida 22, Callaway, Florida. Their number is 850-215-2558. It is east of Panama City, but not really a bad drive. One snooker table, 6 nine footers and bar boxes. Check out their Facebook page.
