Help Identifying this Cue

My buddy seems to think this might be either a Kersenbrock or maybe even an older Southwest.

Their is no weight bolt just epoxy filled butt. Please see the attached photos.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Make the pictures smaller. Microsoft has a free tool for it. I use a editor called photo filtre.
