Good stuff. Using a point of aim on the ob from center cb is an easy concept, and simple to do. This is how fractional aiming works. It can also be used with ghostball or any other aiming method where the shooter steps into the shot line and places their cue/stroke on the line. Look beyond that spot on the cloth where the ghostball center needs to be, and use the ob in the background for aiming reference.

By always paying attention to where your cue tip is pointing in reference to the ob (from ccb to a specific point on or outside the edge of the ob), you get instant aiming feedback when you shoot the shot. There is no mystery when you miss -- you either aimed to thin or too thick. As long as your stroke is true, straight on line, your brain begins to build a database of known shots. Eventually you find yourself simply looking at the cb, ob and pocket, and automatically knowing where to aim/align your stroke, always referencing a point on or near the ob. Then you'll begin doing it without consciously aiming at all. You'll just see the shots and automatically step into them and shoot.
