I am having a custom scrimshawed chalk holder made by Crystal Herbert.
It will need the little handle piece.
I was wondering if anyone would like to turn a piece of amboyna burl into a shape roughly 4" x 1/4" round, maybe with same taper or something and an eyehole or hook to attach to the other pieces of the chalker.
So something to use that performs the same function as the black piece in the pic attached but with an interesting shape, and obviously the beautiful wood.
Understand if no one interested.
