Looking for a Coach in South Houston.

I am looking for a coach. I not sure exactly how this is going to work but I am not getting any better as of late. I have the pro skill drills videos and think they are awesome but have no idea how to put it all together. I run practice drills but think I REALLY need a workout routine like any other professional sport. I need someone to help me identify my weakness, find a drill that will help me improve, workout get better then move on to a new drill. I would like to meet weekly with someone who can help. I have a Gold Crown 3 at my house. I live in Alvin/Friendswood area in south Houston.
