That gambling might resurrect pool.
If it could be modeled after horse racing It might work.
Players could play under contract to a contract owner.
Contracts could be bought and sold.
Owners could select promising youngsters for training under contract.
Players would get room and board and expenses and a% of winnings.
Offline betting would be just like horse racing.
Don't actually know much about offline betting or horse racing so this may turn into horse manure
