Hi all,
Finally finished my GC4.
Thanks for viewing:smile:

I restained the entire frame.

I completely removed the factory finish on all of the cnr castings, trim and feet.
Then I polished using a buff and compound and buffed up the aluminium.
The brackets were powder coated and I used Stainless steel bolts and washers throughout.

I painted the frame in a satin black epoxy.
Then I applied the Brunswick logo's on the skirts.
New Diamond rubbers were installed.
Reclothed using Simonis 860 HR

Shimming the pockets gave me a 2 ball tight pocket which is what I like.
The copper colour inside the logo's of the alloy corner castings are the original Brunswick finish which I was unable to remove so I left all the logo's highlighted in copper.

Too nice to use. Aside from the wood refinish...the castings look awesome.Polishing takes time and patience. How did you handle the top rails. We're they in good condition or polished or replaced. Great job.
