filipino pecking order - 04-01-2020, 10:44 AM

EDIT: seeking opinions on *current* pecking order, not all-time (altho now that got me thinking..)

filipinos ever(simonis?)green as a group
6 out of the top 20 fargo, 13/50..whew
I'd love to see them rock as a group vs. usa, europe
but in the meantime
how would y'all would rate them individually? top 5?

A billiard table is that richest of metaphors,
by turns a theatre, an altar, touchstone, gauntlet,
ritual ground, a gunfighter's high noon, a refuge,
a verdant landscape for balls to scatter and rest in meaningful synchronicity,
a classroom, a karma dance, mirror of moods, a guide and trusted friend...

People would probably be more inclined to post if you put up your thoughts and then asked for others opinions.

man, I had no idea this thread would be so controversial..
in fact, I thought it would be a good, fun one to rap on
whoops?

But yet here you are with another smartass comment. Seems you are that bored.
I don't understand why you, and a few others, don't just scroll on past a thread. Then again, I don't need to understand. Just pointing out your negativity is bringing down every conversation here lately.

No, the two above, and one or two others, have nothing better to do that be keyboard warriors while on lock down. They've been shitty in other threads, as well.
Just post what you want and ignore them. People will contribute, or they wont. Don't take it personally.

thanks, you're probably right
but as corny as it sounds
I care about this place
and the people that make it
I'm not quick to write folks off
I'd rather try and understand
why people feel the way they do
try to make some kind of peace
but of course, this isn't always possible

anyway, maybe it's foolish to come here so often
and expect not to catch some shit once awhile
it's just too bad
cuz I know for a lot of people, including myself
this place is a refuge

So you propose we all walk around taking, not giving?

Gonna be a real weird forum: The a-z of billiards questions.

And yet there you are with your two cents. Like you said, feel free to put me on Ignore. I'll consider it an honor. As long as people post these "who/what's the best" trolls i'm gonna comment. BTW, what's the best tip?
