I tried to find a pic of the DVDs but no avail, saw a few examples on eBay that looked like the DVDs in the first post, they were from different sellers in different parts of the country, but I have no clue. I just wondered if the first release of the videos maybe had his name wrong on the DVDs. Or maybe these counterfeits are all over.

Those are what I have. The DVD itself has the same picture of Mika but with less of the pool table.

And to make a DVD like those with case, case artwork and hub artwork costs about $1 each in quantities of 300 or so from a US company. I'm guessing the counterfeiter is paying about $1 for the set of three about "Mike".
