Unknown Custom Please help figure it out!!!

I have a old unknown custom that hits lights out.
We can not figure out who it might be made by. And cold be from a old Pittsburgh Cue Maker from way bacck but not sure.

Here are a few pics if they help. Not sure specs but gave you the best I could. The one is a Tim Scruggs. I dont need to know that one.

I could be wrong but it looks to be one of the cheapo imports to me...about $15. I've seen them like this before. Not the best pics to be sure. Looks like it was rewrapped with irish linen. Look at how shoddy the veneers meet above the wrap...look at the huge hole that the inlay is glued into above the wrap. Not a quality cue for sure.

Older Taiwanese import...as mentioned below...all the signs of a cheap production cue made in Asia 20-30 years ago (before China made!)
