One of our regulars recently moved from here in NC to the northwest Chicago suburbs / Schaumburg area. He's been there a few months, but hasn't found a home poolroom yet. I told him I'd post on here and see if anyone could recommend a nice home poolroom to play / practice at, hopefully not too far from where he lives. He's a C player and has played in our weekly 9-ball handicapped tournaments for years. He loves the game, but is not a gambler. Thanks for any recommendations!

He can take a quick ride down 290 to the Pyramid Club in Villa Park/Addison. There used to be a place over in the Glendale Heights area. Can't recall the name. Maybe Poolsharks or something like that. Think has been reopened under a different name.
