From the 3rd Edition (2005) of the Blue Book of Pool Cues, that looks to be an A/H-26 "Monte Carlo," in the section of "Mid-1970s to Early 1980s Cues."

The values listed are $815 in 98% condition, $620 in 90% condition, and $405 in 70% condition. Whether those values are anywhere close to today's values, I do not know.

edit -- I see garczar answered while I was posting.

Those prices could be close. This one is pretty rough. Its not even close to 70% nice. They look great re-finished. Proficient does them nice.

Checked him out excellent prices wow, found a local guy David Witsel believe I'm spelling it right very cool and knowledgeable couldn't decide if I wanted to refinish he sort of talked me out of it, and asked me to leave the cue for a week and he will put a new bumper and clean the cue at no charge stand up guy, no pressure but would charge $200 with new wrap,
