No it isn't a Kaiser, it is a Tai-Can. I was told it comes out of the same company that makes Lucasi cues. It is way better quality than a Kaiser.

Lol It actually has a very stiff hit to it. It has a very aggressive taper on the shafts, seems to be made pretty decent other than a couple sugar marks on the shafts. Some jackass just had one on e-bay calling it a "possible pre-date SW" Maybe I should list as that??
