I just want to throw out there that I alternate play between a Segen cue with a Segen shaft and a Schon with an ex pro shaft. The ex pro is noticably stiffer but in terms of deflection the difference is hardly noticable. Both cues are fitted with a techno dud. Both cues are fantastic!
