Irrelevant but what happened here?

Illegal break. At least 3 balls had to be pocketed or pass the head string. Opponent has option to shoot or pass it back.

And in that event, the rule was that if the opponent returns the shot to the breaker, the breaker can perform a push-out, But if the opponent (non-breaker) accepts the table, he cannot play a push-out.

In the recent US Open 9-Ball event, they used the 3-point rule, but neither player was allowed to push out after an illegal break.
