If you are referring to the second part of the sentence, it may even be grammatically correct. A second "things" in the sentence would make it perfectly clear, but to be honest, his idea WAS perfectly clear to me.

I have mellowed out lots, after being down & out for almost 5 years with back problems-have a new perspective on life.

Not addicted to $ anymore-biggest change in my life. Don’t misunderstand I still like to live very nicely and still do, but I’m not out killing myself chasing the next million. I take it as it comes.

I’m on the back 9 in life, 52 heart is acting a bit funny some sort of arrhythmia, autoimmune problems(which is why my back hurt way more than it should have).

I’m just happy to be at the table and enjoy life. The dog still has plenty of fight in him, I gamble all the time (not casino sucker bets) and have investments that are risky. Just doing it all in a more measured way now.

I mite talk to Greg and see if we can do something at the Derby not this year but the year after. I been going almost every year to it, never hit a ball anymore but that’s ok, still fun to see people, little $ in action. Good times!
