I helped get the Long Island boys into the event. They all play out of Bayshore Billiards.

Very solid field. It will take some pretty fancy shooting to win this title.

Good luck to all these fine players.

Any stream for this?

According to Peter Burrows, the promoter, matches will be streamed for free on Billiard Sports Network. They have a website and a facebook page and a YouTube channel -- I'm not sure where it will be live.

oh

Ya the motel's r probly bout $300.00 per night, that event is just for the 'in crowd'. oh they can put u up in a air bandb if ur one of the undesirables - if u make it to the semi's u may have an issue at the air bandb - have a bite of the big apple - don't mind the maggots.

The event is being played in Virginia Beach this year, Danny. Room rates at the local LaQuinta were $65 reserved by Oct. 1.

Stream should be starting soon. I'm sure everyone agrees to keep this the official discussion topic.

Let's hope for some real good shooting from all involved this week.

brady and escrow

oh correction q mesters' I hope that the $ is in an escrow account, if not then they may end up wishing they would have stayed home. it does make sense that peter would choose that venue, he is not an honest person and is easily influenced by his boy archer. probly no ref's either - i will let em have their little soiree as I have zero interest takin my chances with brady after him lying on this forum about ($2,000) that had been owed to me for 12yrs. Good luck getting paid american straight pool players - again i won't take my chances with little weasel brady.

oh yea

The room has nothing to do with the prize fund.

that is a very politically correct statement Mr. jewett, however brady really has a poor record as far as being honest - and feeling comfortable has everything to do with playing well. I will choose to keep my game at home, I really don't think I could play my best in a room where the owner owed me $ for a pro sanctioned event for 12yrs. If Brady did add any $ I would hope (for the players sake) that it's in an escrow account. After the grief I went through with weasel brady - he should pay my entry fee's and motels for the next ten yrs. and peter ain't much better - If ya'll have any questions - refer to "What do I do" post yrs back. No big deal - i just refuse to play in a room where I do not feel welcome. brady has paid me for $ that was owed, but too many bad memories for me - I do hope the tournament is a success - for the hope that 14.1 lives on. However if someone has difficulty getting paid - I would not be surprised. I think brady deleted the post where he came on here and lied to the forum members bout paying me. He said he had sent me two $ orders for a $1,000 a piece oh that was really not too funny at the time - now I just laugh bout him. That is all I have to say about that q - mesters tournament.
