looking for pics and specs on longer cues

Here's a idea I came up with a while ago. I've made a couple hundred mid cue extensions, gave me the idea of the cue being longer and balanced like a regular cue rather than adding all the weight at the joint. The cue has 2 butt sections which are interchangeable, one 4" which gives the standard 58" length. The 2nd is 8 inches long which gives a 62 inch length. The biggest drawback of a longer cue is finding a case to carry it in. This way the cue can be carried in any case that a regular cue will fit into.

I play with 60" cues and JB cases will fit a little over 32" so you could fit a 32" shaft and 31" butt otherwise you'll have to go custom on the case. Here are a couple that I have:

I had the Tascarellas make me a 60" full splice cue. I like the way it plays, though you could argue it's a bit whippier than one of their 58" cues. Regardless, it's a good shooter. Took them a little under a year from placing my order, but that's because I used a blank he already had made. If I wanted him to make me the blank with custom veneers or something it would have taken 2 years.

60" Tascarella. Never again will I ever play with a cue under 60". And I'm only 5'11. I like that you get a couple extra inches of reach but the best thing I like is that my hand is always on the wrap. Not on the butt sleeve or gripping the bottom of the cue.

64 incher
I made 64 incher a few years back for a guy that was 6 ft 8, he sent it back couple year's later and had me to cut it down to 62. I make a lot of 60 for one pocket players. Nothing fancy one piece butt or merry widows. If that would work I can help.
