Can anyone id this cue with some background ?

I understand that the ferrule is ivory and so forth. I can't even make out the signature truthfully. Any help would be great.

I don't know anything about the cue. But Scaramanga was "The Man With The Golden Gun".

Actually, a rather cool name for a cue. Like the Assassin's weapon, the golden gun.
