There was a business in a tiny office around the corner from Q Master, The man sold almost exclusively cue tips and very few other items. He had an incredible array of tips.
I went in there to get tips. The guy sold mostly mail order on Ebay, etc. I would like to get in touch with him if anyone knows who he is. Q Master is closed for Covid-19 so they cannot help me.
