If you're looking for action of any price you can imagine, Golden Fleece is it!
There is also Malarkey's about 30 minutes south of Seattle in Tacoma. They have regular events but don't know what kind of action is there on a nightly basis.

Golden Fleece has 4 9ft Diamonds (Two tight for one-hole) and about seven 7ft Diamonds. Lots of action daily (also have live stream at Golden Billiards to take a peek).
128th Street Billiards in south Everett (20 minutes north of Seattle) has 5 nice Gold Crowns, two 7 ft. One-pocket Tourney next weekend, $500 entry
