$OLD...
Beautiful Tim Scruggs cue up for sale. Forearm features 4 points (I believe they are Brazilian rosewood) into well figured birdseye maple. * Brown / blue / natural veneers.* Sleeve is rosewood with birdseye window inserts that match the forearm perfectly. Butt weighs 15.1 oz, and was recently refinished back to new condition and freshly wrapped with a black with white speck linen wrap by Bob Frey.* Looks to be early 90's model (after the stamped block letter logo, but before 1996 when Tim started putting the two digit year with the logo).
Joint is stainless steel, 5/16"-14 thread, piloted, with dash-dot collars.* 5 shafts included: *
Joint protectors included on all parts - butt and shafts #1 and #2 have original TS logo caps. *
I'm not the original owner, but looks to me like the two main Scruggs' shafts didn't get much play.* Rather, shafts #4 and #5 got the most hours.
Really beautiful wood on this cue - points, forearm, sleeve, and all around...Just a shame I don't prefer brown wood in my pool cues, so would love to find this one a home where someone can appreciate it. Any questions - just ask!
Asking $2,000 - not interested in trades at this time. Please PM with questions or offers.
