New old cue

I just ordered a carom cue from Chuck Starkey, have heard all good things about him and his cues. So far he has been amazing to deal with, going simple with this build, an old 56” oak Tru Balance Titlist, 18oz, 2 wood pin shafts, 12mm, with small ferrules , a predator qr buttcap threaded in so I can use the extension I already have from my Molinari

He said the shafts for my cue were made from very old brunswick house cues
they are almost orange in color
And hes really good at tip install, the soft moori i sent him, has not deformed at all from initial shaping, nor has it mushroomed at all

80-100

He said the cue he used to make mine is 80-100 yrs old and that nice honey color. I have a Molinari which is the latest technology in cues, I want to see the difference when I use the old school cue , honestly with my game I probably won’t be able to tell the difference :smile::)
