What kind of pin is this?

So, I have this Thomas Wayne cue, and every place I look it says 3/8 10 pin, but when I ordered jp's they didn't fit, So what the hell are they?

That is a flat minor pin, and a regular 3/8x10 jp would need to be bored slightly larger witha .312 drill

Jesus, Does that mean I have to drill out the female jp and bring down the threads on the male jp?

Think a bit about the logic of having to do both of those and take another stab at it.

The joint protector for the butt should fit loose. For the shafts, definately have to go smaller.
