O'Neil Cases - Still Available???

Gents, I tried a few searches here and I am not sure if O'Neil is still in business but about 8 years ago he made me a box case and it's great.

Problem is I have more cues now and wanted to get a 4x8 from him. Any ideas on his contact info or how to get a hold of him.
