Brunswick Butterfly

I had a cue come into my shop the other day that I have not seen before. It is a 60" Brunswick snooker cue which is not uncommon in this part of the country (Ontario, Canada). This one is a double butterfly with a green veneer and a green line down the center of the butterfly. It has a trophy joint. Anyone seen this model?? I will post a couple pictures when I get a chance.

Hi Roy,

If that handle wood is what I think it is, that cue should hit real sweet.

It appears that the Rosewood? was cut in half and then re glued with the veneer. The green butterfly veneer does not look like it was cut.

Right. The rosewood blank was cut, glued back up, then butterflied. Awesome look on this cue.
