I was reading Grady's thread on the DCC ring games and had never heard of one of the participants. Is this some undercover road player??? What state is he from??

I knew Art when he lived in the Sarasota Fl. area back in the mid/late 80's. He was a good local player but not what I would consider a strong road player. He ran some local tournaments but I can't honestly say that I ever saw him gamble. Last I heard, he had moved to Crystal River, Fl. and opened a bar.

If I'm not mistaken its "Fatboy". He had a long thread discussing how he was playing in the ring game on behalf of us "regular guys".

I don't think its Fatboy because I am pretty sure I talked to him at a Viking tour stop about three weeks ago in Monroe NC, I believe Mike J said he was from Maryland when he was doing the calcutta. Nice older guy prolly in his early sixty's with a large cue case and nice cues, should be beat up bait for fatboy if they are in the same ring game. Just Kidding
