difference in cue ball playability

red circle, blue circle, measle etc. what is the playability of each.
1) with the set of balls it came with
2)the set of balls it didn't come with
3) the weight of the ball vs the reaction with the object balls it did or did not come with.

Though the details of their differences may vary, they are all exactly equal with each other in respect to your three criteria. The lone exception being #1 concerning the red circle. It is not included in any set of balls.
