Sometimes you can find a tag or writing under the table near the head or foot rails. My 1931 Brunswick was labeled this way

Great so so far its a real brunswick Wellington ?

I got pics of the numbers stamped
They all seem to match
And u guys think its worth restoring it?
Do u guys have a pic of an accurate name plate?
The 1 that was glued fell of had a big hole covering it

As far as restoring it I think it all depends on what you are looking for in a table. If it is simply for recreation you probably dont need to make many changes but if you want to install new cushions, tighten up the pockets and try to get it to play like a current table you will probably need to spend a substantial amount on rail modification/restoration. If the cloth has been replaced many times or done in a not very professional manner you may need to replace wood in the rails from installing/removing staples. Im sure some that know more will chime in.

Im no pro by any means i just want it
To play as it was meant to be nothing Fancy unfortunately it doesn’t have the original cushions
it has some championship fleetwood cushions that i never heard before lol.And i dont think it has had many cloth changes But ill start dissecting it hopefully this weekend
But mostly i wanna practice for a really special project table a favorite in here.
Its also such beautiful table and it deserves some love already

I don’t think the original Monarch cushions would be any good, since your table is over 100 years old. Even good quality rubber has a service/shelf life limit.

You'll want to replace those Fleetwood cushions. They have a very short service life.
