explain 8b last pocket 9 ball rules?

So I get the 8b goes in the same pocket as the last solid or stripes.

So 9 ball rules, does that mean you have to pocket in sequential 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 if you have solids?

Efren was playing it, but it was a little hard to follow with the camera angle.

Last pocket, full rack Saratoga? Sounds brutal if that’s what he was playing.

The game moved fairly quick, so I think when it was titled 9 ball rules, maybe SLOP counts and its not called pocket.

I think Efren lost 8-6.

They're playing again tonight.
