That's entirely possible. Getting over a hump like that had got to be monumental for your game

I've been trying for the last 23 minutes. I don't think I can run 44 racks, though. I have a hard time running 44 feet.

I'd say asking the pool community to watch you, having it video taped and having to endure a bunch of internet jockeys commenting is far more pressure than having some random opponent who last shot hours ago sitting in a chair watching you take your turn.
