You forgot "The Adjustment System" that you use.
I've been waiting for you to describe it.. I have no idea what it is just like you have no idea what CTE is.
To know whether or not somebody else understands CTE you'd have to understand it yourself - but you can't clearly describe a single aspect of it beyond the fractional alignments you deny are part of it.
To any objective observer, it's fractional aiming with some embroidery. That doesn't make it bad or ineffective, just unmysterious.
