Question Carom & Carbon.................... - 03-30-2019, 07:15 AM

Just curious here. With the ability to make a cue as stiff/pliable as you want, will carom cues soon be in the carbon-fiber camp? Not a big 3c player but it would seem that a Euro/conical tapered CF shaft would be the nuts for the power games like 3c. Love to hear some carom regular's take on this.

Longoni has made fibre comp shafts before. I remember they made three before, but when I looked on the webpage there is only one now https://www.longonicues.com/longoni-...p-fiber-shafts

I remember they used to be 300 dollars for the shaft but this was in the early 2000's.
