Verhoeven Billiard Table - Heating Issue

I have an 18 year old Verhoeven billiard table. When the table is plugged in, it does not heat at all.

When I plug it in, the yellow heating light goes on and the red one does not. The red one indicates the table is heating up. There is a thermostat control under the table and I have turned it in both directions but no luck.

Any suggestions?

My guess is the thermostat unless there's a break in the system. I'm assuming you have no heat on any of the three slates. Obviously you have power indicated by the light.

These heater systems are very simple. If the heating coils are seeing current, they get hot. The thermostat regulates whether they see current or not.

Sounds like the thermostat thinks all is good so its not opening or closing, (Allowing current to reach the coils) depending on how your 18 year old table is set up. I believe my Verhoeven thermostat is normally closed but mine is only 5 or 6 years old.
