I have deco/trim rings in both aluminum and brass at .015"x.625"id x 1"od.
The alum. rings are dimensionally the same except with a .878" od.
I'm offering these at better prices than the Big-boys (by approx. 20%),
with closer to actual shipping chg. & no handling fee.
Depending on how many you order, you could save about 1/3 off the total cost.

Up to 50 pcs:
Alum - .45ea
Brass - .40ea

Over 50 pcs:
Alum - .40ea
Brass - .35ea

For pricing on qty. greater than 200 pcs, please PM. The more you buy, the more you save.
Shipping is $5. Insurance is $2 additional.
Paypal is preferred. My Pp acct.: <kjcues@hotmail.com>

If this project goes well I'll look into offering other sizes.

Thanx for your interest, KJ

I think I see the problem here, I'm not the lowest price.
I'm under the major supplier but not under one of the manufacturers.
OK, time for a price adjustment. I'll match the manufacturer and since
I happen to know that they ship UPS, your savings comes in shipping cost.
I ship these postal, USPS.

I'll also add that I had the alum rings made to my specs.
These are 2024 alloy, aircraft aluminum and I've had them 'hard-clad'/coated.
What this does is allow the ring to better stand-up to being cut rather than widening-out.
Anyone who's cut a .015" ring in the stack and it suddenly widens to .020" knows what I'm saying.
Of course, sharp tooling should be used when cutting any ring-stack but
I noticed an improvement with the first ring I cut. These are better.
Some might question my choice of OD on these, .878" rather than the traditional 1".
I like to keep my chips/waste to a minimum. Is your jnt dia. greater than .875"?
The brass rings at 1" OD were a stock item. I didn't need to re-engineer these.
Ordering a few thou. got me a better price which I can pass along to you.

The prices in my orig. post have been adjusted. Thanx for your time & interest.
