Hell Guys..
A post for Saturday's Az Billiards viewing..
:p
Beautiful Tim Scruggs Wrapless Cocobolo Cue.
Was here in Hawaii. Was in Las Vegas for years, then, came back to Hawaii by a new owner (K. Kobayashi Billiards).

Made this Crown Cap earlier for Kurt.
While growing up, we all seen Crowns with Balls on the Crown Tips..
Well....... :p
Balls are shaped by hand, ( Files and sandpaper) on a lathe.

Another Project:

Started the inlays for a Cap for a Collector.
These inlays are small and fragile.
About 1/2 of them will break, while trying to remove them from the backing that held them in place while making/machining.
I got to make 10 to get 5.
I need 4, and one extra, in case I drop one.
They are so hard to handle and hold.
Just to deburr the edges is critical, as,
the thin appendages will snap and crack off easily.

Any one recognize the Inlay shape? :p

Thanks for viewing.
Alton
